Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your grooming appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Grooming time may vary depending on your dog’s coat condition and behavior — our priority is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for your pup and our groomers.
